Simon has been based in Hong Kong
for 23 years and has worked as a
Construction and Project Manager in
Hong Kong, Taipei, Beijing and
Macau. He has delivered projects for
a diverse range of Clients in areas
such as office fit-out, retail, banking,
railways, casino resorts,
government infrastructure and aviation works. In these roles, Simon has spent time in manufacturing facilities in China inspecting steelwork, glazing, cladding, stone, GRG / GRC and millwork. Additionally, he is experienced in developing project documentation (i.e. method statements, risk assessments, hazard analysis, O&M manuals and ITP’s) and has undertaken reviews of multi-discipline activities on various projects.
A strong advocate of safe working practices and the safety of all project staff, Simon recently completed the Hong Kong Construction Industry Council course in Safety for Site Management Staff.

Shane has over 20 years of broad
experience in the engineering and
project management industry,
involving extensive construction and
corporate portfolios and managing
large, complex multi-use development
projects. His expertise has ensured
the completion of successful projects
across Australia, Hong Kong, mainland China and the wider Asia region. These include the construction of offices, hotels, retail centres, industrial, sporting and recreational facilities and transportation infrastructure projects.
As a Director of Focused Consultants (HK) Limited, Shane draws on his experience in site project management, quality control inspections and reporting, structural steel fabrication and erection, design and installation of roof and wall cladding systems, and delivery of detailed project documentation. His strong communication and client service skills enhance Focused Consultants’ process-driven philosophy.
