Project Information

Working for Craft Projects Ltd., Simon was the Project Manager responsible for co-ordinating the design, procurement, fabrication, delivery and installation of the roof purlins, roll-formed standing seam roof, roof gutters, parapets, secondary steel framing, wall cladding, hangar door cladding, skylights, hurricane vents, single-bank & triple-bank louvres and office glazing.

The main roof cover for Hangar Three was roll-formed on-site and concurrently to the new works we carried out retro-fitting of new vents to the existing roofs of Hangars One & Two. This required close liaison with the client and needed a flexible approach and for us to deploy teams and build roof access at very short notice as aircraft vacated the busy hangar areas.
